We were kinda surprised by the excellent service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and happy to assist us with all our needs. The room was also spacious and well-equipped, with full ensuite bathrooms, comfortable twin beds, and modern amenities like TVs with full YOUTUBE and HULU functions. The location of the hotel was just perfect for us, as it allowed us to walk around and explore the city with ease.

Everything we wanted to see, such as Niigata Nippo Media Ship was easy walk to the venue. We appreciated staying at Niigata Grand. Free parking was provided to the guests;))

Early check-in, FRIENDLY staff. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. The hotel was placed near many main attractions and within 15 minutes walk from niigata city history museum.

The hotel was very affordable and luxurious, offering spacious and well-appointed rooms. the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, making our stay comfortable. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was situated near the city centre.
The WIFI signal was weak, causing inconvenience during work and study time. the cleanliness of the hotel could be improved on small details like the inside part of the toilet.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations. The staff here were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They even helped me with my luggage! The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was centrally located and within walking distance to various attractions. Amazing staff! They were super helpful with my heavy luggage. The spacious rooms were equipped with everything I needed, including a TV with access to Hulu and YouTube. The location was convenient, as it was in walking distance to both the station and the city center.
The WiFi coverage was a bit weak, making it difficult to get work done. , the cleanliness could use some improvement.
